			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mr. Sebopeng joined the OAG in 1983 as an Assistant Auditor and progressed through the ranks to become a Principal Auditor, Assistant Auditor General for Central Government Audit and then as the Deputy Auditor General. Mr. Sebopeng was appointed the Acting Auditor General upon the retirement of for Auditor General Mr. Pelonomi E. Namogang in April 2008. He has recently been appointed as Auditor General in May 2010.</p>
<p>In his capacity as the Auditor General, Mr. Sebopeng’s key responsibilities include developing and ensuring the implementation of a strategic plan for guiding and driving the OAG to achieve its mandate which is the audit of Central Government entities, Local Government Authorities and some Parastatal organisations. The audits conducted are financial and performance audits.</p>
<p>Prior to joining the OAG, Mr. Sebopeng worked as a trainee accountant at Water Utilities Corporation after completing a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1981.<br />
In between his busy schedule, Mr. Sebopeng unwinds by listening to Music and Sightseeing.</p>

<p> Letsholo has obtained Diploma in Accountancy and Business Studies from Botswana Institute of Administration and Commerce in 1981; a degree in Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Botswana in 1986 and a  Master of Social Science in Accounting and Development Finance from the University of Birmingham, in the United Kingdom in 1991.</p>

Having worked for this organization for seven years before in his early working life and later joining the private sector to pursue his career in the field of both auditing and finance; he indeed brought into this organization a vast wealth of experience and knowledge.</p>
<p>Phillip worked as managing director for a construction company since 2001.  He is charged with the audits of a Township Authority, two District Councils and three Land Board Authorities.  Apart from being a devoted Christian, Phillip enjoys watching sports on the television.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mrs. Entaile joined the OAG as an Audit Clerk (Financial Auditor) in 1972, as the first woman to be an auditor in Government. She progressed through Audit Cadres until January 2008 when she was promoted to the current position.</p>
<p>On 01 December 1992, she was appointed the first Motswana to be a Performance Auditor, due to her potential and attached to the then consultants, introducing the Performance Audit Concept to the Office.</p>
<p>As the Chief Auditor for Performance Audit Unit, Mrs. Entaile is responsible for leading and supervising a team of 25 performance auditors carrying out assignments, mobilizing them, initiating and managing change in the Unit. She also assists other Supreme Audit Institutions in the Region to set up Performance Audit divisions and is involved with the International Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) in developing Performance Audit Guiding Materials (Fisheries) for Performance Auditors worldwide.</p>
<p>Mrs. Entaile is a Chorister at the Methodist Church and her hobbies include inter-alia: listening to music, reading periodicals, books, gardening, listening to current affairs and watching the TV.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mrs. Mabiletsa joined the then Department of Local Government Audit under the then Ministry of Local Government, Lands and Housing in 1976 as an Audit Clerk, after attaining her Cambridge School Certificate. This Department merged with the OAG in the mid 1990s.</p>
<p>She rose quickly through the ranks and was given supervisory responsibilities when she was an Assistant Local Government Auditor. Following the death of the then incumbent Assistant Auditor General for Local Government, Mrs. Mabiletsa acted for this position from August 1997 to June 1998, while she held the post of Principal Auditor II.  She has since then continued to progress and work closely with the incumbent.</p>
<p>As the Chief Auditor, Mrs. Mabiletsa’s responsibilities include supervision of subordinates, drafting and vetting of audit reports, discussion of draft reports with clients and finalizing them for publication, preparation for and participation in Local Authorities Public Accounts Committee (LAPAC) meetings.</p>
<p>She enjoys gardening of a diverse range of flora from flowers to small plants and vegetables.</p>
